Day one of the program

All this time, I was painting a picture of my life before and now and then giving a blueprint of a balanced life based on all five pillars, from physical wealth to time wealth. But you, the readers, must be thinking, this guy is telling all this week high and mighty stuff, but how do we achieve it? It’s easy to give a blueprint and say, “Do it,” but how do you build your ideal life?

 

You must have the tools to achieve this idealistic life, rich in all five pillars. Imagine the life I am proposing as a house and the five pillars: financial wealth, physical wealth, mental wealth, social wealth and time wealth as the foundation of this grand house. To build this house, you need tools like a builder needs bricks, cement, machines, etc, to make an actual house. To construct this imaginary house with five pillars, you, my readers, need the following tools

So let’s get the program running by talking about habits. To educate my readers on the science of habit formation, I am going to introduce and summarise three books which have helped millions of people change their lives
