My method is straightforward. I have gradually created a blueprint for a healthy life based on routines, habits, lifestyle, and mindsets. I achieved this perfect blueprint over a few years of adding progressively more routines and habits without dramatically trying to change my life. For example, I started with early morning exercise and added doing the U.S. stock market, reading books, studying, meditation, writing my journal and a gratitude journal, etc.
To begin with, I invite you to watch and read my introductory videos and articles, in which I share my struggles and journey. This will help you understand my background and the motivation behind my mission. Then, I encourage you to explore my mission and vision statement, which outlines the core values and principles that guide my work.
Once you understand my mission and vision, I recommend watching my video or looking at my website on the concept of a healthy life that I am promoting. Unlike many health programs focusing solely on specific aspects like weight loss, my approach emphasises a well-rounded life based on five pillars. These pillars encompass physical and mental health, spirituality, social and time wealth.
To better understand my definition of a balanced life that incorporates all five pillars, I encourage you to watch my series of short videos, read my website or subscribe to my newsletter. These videos or articles highlight everyday bad habits that should be eliminated from your life. These videos or articles are organised into four sections: identifying and understanding the implications of bad habits, introducing alternative good habits and their benefits, coaching on changing behaviour, and providing advice on various topics.
After gaining insight into the negative consequences of these bad habits, I invite you to explore the alternative good habits I am promoting and their benefits. This will help you understand the positive changes that can be made in your life.
The third section of my program focuses on gradually reducing one bad habit at a time and replacing it with a healthier alternative. For instance, I address the issue of late-night eating as a bad habit and suggest having an early dinner as a solution. In this section, you will find life coaching tips and behavioural advice on successfully incorporating these new habits into your routine.
I encourage readers and viewers to choose one habit at a time to work on, replacing it with a healthier alternative. You can move on to the next once you have successfully changed one habit. The ultimate goal is to gradually incorporate all the beneficial habits and eliminate the detrimental ones from your life. This process may take a few months or even years, but it is about making sustainable changes rather than seeking quick fixes or promoting rapid weight loss.
I aim to guide readers and viewers in transforming their habits and routines to achieve a healthy lifestyle and improve longevity. Remembering that this process is gradual and focuses on long-term changes rather than immediate results is essential. Together, we can work towards creating a healthier and more fulfilling life.
